We'll connect for a planning session where I learn about the person, event, or message you'd like the song to capture. From there, I'll write the lyrics and melody and create a custom song that's uniquely yours. We'll reconnect once more for feedback before final delivery to ensure the song feels authentic and meaningful. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 14 days before the session may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge but are not eligible for a refund. Requests made less than 72 hours before the session, no-shows, or missed appointments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for understanding that your reservation holds dedicated time on our calendar and preparation begins well before your session.
